71st Bi-Annual Senior Art Show

SALISBURY, MD---É«×ۺϾþà University graduating art majors display their work during the 71st biannual SU Senior Art Exhibition “Stargazers” November 11-December 13 at SU Art Galleries (SUAG) Downtown.

An awards reception is 5-7 p.m. Friday, November 22.

The exhibition features the work of eight student artists across various media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, glass, and digital art.

“Stargazers” represents the constant journey of the artists to push boundaries and seek new creative ideas. It also signifies their transition to the next chapter of life as graduates. The sky symbolizes their persistent and endless search for and hunger to create new things.

A course taught by Jinchul Kim, professor of art, the senior exhibition aims to summarize students’ art experiences at SU by having them lead the planning and execution of a professional art exhibition as a capstone course.
